⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un chef inspiré, une soirée d’exception ! Nous avons eu le plaisir de recevoir le chef Vimal Vadivelu à domicile ce 28 juin 2025 pour un dîner entre amis (6 personnes), et ce fut une expérience absolument remarquable. Dès les premières bouchées, nous avons été conquis : la fleur de courgette farcie à la brousse et le bar cuit au sel à froid aux parfums d’agrumes ont ouvert le bal avec finesse et créativité. Chaque plat était un équilibre parfait entre audace, maîtrise technique et subtilité des saveurs. Mention spéciale pour la lotte cuite nacrée et son espuma de ratte fumée, ainsi que pour la selle d’agneau rôtie au sautoir, tendre à souhait et sublimée par un jus à l’ail noir et un petit épeautre fondant comme un risotto. Et que dire du dessert ? Une meringue coco aérienne, servie avec un sorbet citron vivifiant, un jus de cerise parfumé au sumac et un pain de Gênes moelleux… une vraie apothéose sucrée. Au-delà des plats, le chef Vimal a su créer une ambiance chaleureuse, à la fois professionnelle et conviviale. Discret mais attentionné, il nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos invités tout en nous régalant. Un immense merci pour cette parenthèse culinaire magique. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et avec les papilles déjà impatientes de recommencer !

From the moment Chef Camille arrived at our rented villa in Roussillon, we knew we were in for something special. This wasn't just a meal; it was a full-on experience, and one that we’ll be talking about for years to come. First off, Camille’s professionalism was outstanding. He arrived with everything he needed, immediately set a calm, confident tone, and explained the flow of the evening. His timing was spot on — every course came out at just the right moment, creating a seamless and relaxed dining experience. It was clear from the start that we were in the hands of an expert. As for the food, where do I even begin? Each dish was a perfect blend of French tradition and modern flair, with fresh, organic, and locally-sourced ingredients that showcased the very best of the region. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, carefully balanced and thoughtfully executed. It was the best meal any of us had in a long time, and we’ve all eaten at some great places. Camille’s attention to detail was evident in every element, from the presentation to the perfect seasoning. One thing that really stood out was his ability to explain the ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural significance behind each dish. We were able to learn a lot about French cuisine, and Camille’s warm, approachable nature made it all the more enjoyable. It felt like a personal tour through French gastronomy, right in the heart of Provence. And when it comes to clean-up — it was like he hadn’t even been there! Not only was the kitchen spotless, but he left the entire house looking cleaner than when he arrived. If you’re in Roussillon and have the chance to hire Chef Camille, do it. You won’t just get an incredible meal; you’ll be treated to an amazing experience.

We invited Guilherme to cook for a special birthday dinner in Avignon, and it was a really lovely evening. He and his colleague Antoine were punctual and professional, and the service throughout the evening was warm and attentive. The food was well balanced and thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions that everyone appreciated. Each course felt carefully put together, and it was clear that attention had been given to both ingredients and detail. They even left the kitchen spotless at the end of the night.

I would absolutely recommend ChefMaison and especially Chef Giuseppe for a number of reasons: the experience was super easy from start to finish. Chef Giuseppe is very responsive and provided excellent suggestions for our special dinner. We were 2 families from different countries meeting in Nice for a surprise birthday dinner and the whole night was perfect! Our birthday guest was so surprised and overwhelmed! The dinner was magnificent, every course was plated to perfection and delicious! We had a guest with dietary restrictions and this was not a problem for Chef Giuseppe. And then he even made a beautiful and fabulous birthday cake. There were 8 of us and everyone was so pleased and full! Chef Giuseppe is wonderful!
