Nous avons fait appel au chef Giuseppe pour notre séminaire d’entreprise dans le sud de la France. Il a assuré un dîner, trois petits-déjeuners et trois déjeuners sous forme de buffet. Le chef a su s’adapter aux régimes alimentaires spécifiques de l’équipe (végétarien, diabétique), malgré un petit oubli initial qui a été rapidement corrigé. We loved the dinner experience with Chef Hortense. All courses were well-balanced, from amuse bouche all the way to dessert. Her wine recommendations worked really well for the different courses. Our dialogue and interaction from quotation, ordering, arrival at our place and then her work was perfect. Communication was easy when we discussed food choices, allergies, exact timing. She did a great job observing our food preferences as well as on presenting each course, alternating between French and English. As we had an open kitchen, we could follow the artistic process. We remained curious about what we ate and Hortense did a great job presenting the four courses we had, how she had prepared them, cooking style, etc. We can absolutely recommend her for a dinner party.
