Hi, I am a dynamic Michelin trained chef with over 20 years work experience having worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in London and internationally. These include Chez Bruce, Terre à Terre, Murano (Gordon Ramsay) & Nou Manolin in Alicante to name just a few.
I have been living in Spain for 7 years now and feel equally happy creating Spanish menus for a more rustic local experience - paellas are a speciality, or creating beautiful & sophisticated dishes for a special occasion. I can adapt to dietary requirements and enjoy designing vegetarian menus if required.
I also have extensive experience in events and private catering from working in one of the top law firms in the world where I regularly organised canapés parties, finger buffets and sharing feasts.
This led to me focusing on becoming a private chef full time.
I always aim to exceed my guests expectations by not only delivering amazing food but also in the other details. I usually work with an assistant to lay a beautiful table with napkins, bringing printed menus and can bring extra tableware, plates/cutlery etc. to really set the scene to make your event extra special. Flowers can be an option.
I also enjoy working with an amazing wine supplier here in Mallorca who focuses on smaller wineries offering organic & bio-dynamic/natural wines. We work together on the menus to offer a wine match/tasting or to suggest a couple of good bottles for a more informal setting.
