We keken erg uit naar deze avond en wat is het geslaagd! Het was een verrassing voor de vriendengoep, dus wij hebben alles met Ariënne besproken en geen aanpassing was te veel. Met een grote groep wisselt er geregeld nog wat...persoon erbij, persoon eraf, toch een zwangere etc etc... Maar alles was te bespreken en aan te passen. Toen was daar eindelijk de avond en wat was het eten heerlijk! En ook heel mooi opgediend! Naast het diner hadden we ook nog een wijnarrangement genomen, dus bij elke gang een passende wijn. We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Ariënne, ze had zelf voor al het eten gezorgd en zelfs een extra helpende hand. Het voelde echt alsof we in een restaurant waren waar ze voor ons kookten. maar nu was het veel ontspannende en rustiger omdat er geen gehaast was. Het eten was heerlijk en ze hield goed rekening met de wensen van ons wat top was, ook voor een kleine aanpassing was het niet erg. Wij hebben erg genoten en we hopen dat ze haar dromen waar kan maken!! Liefs de 6-vriendinnen van vriendinnenweekend :)

Ariënne heeft een heerlijk viergangenmenu samengesteld, rekening houdend met persoonlijke dieetwensen van de aanwezigen. Ze had vanwege de grootte van de groep nog een collega meegenomen om haar te helpen met oa serveren. Ze vond snel haar weg in onze keuken en heeft het aan het einde van de avond ook brandschoon achtergelaten. De communicatie was goed. We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad.

We had an AMAZING private dining experience at my place by @andreas_chrysomallis - highly recommend! Esp if you're into vegetables and fermentation goodnesse menu (there are tons to choose from): 1. Gigantes-Tomato Kimchi-White Asparagus ricotta 2. Celeriac Scallops 3. Slow-cooked cauliflower in curry butter, mint/cauliflower pesto, and curry cream 4. Chocolate and beetroot brownie soft cake, Milk chocolate and poached cherries And the bread and fermented butter were also next level good. Chef Andreas is super professional and a very nice guy that will take any dinner party to the next level - and after the dinner the kitchen was cleaner than when he started.
