Jan nam ruim de tijd ons nieuwe technieken te leren en uitleg te geven over samenstelling van het menu. We hebben zelfs geleerd pasta te maken wat niet eens onderdeel was van het uiteindelijke menu, maar omdat we dit beide wilden leren. We hebben een heel leuke avond gehad en gaan dit zeker nog eens doen. Topervaring!

Vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de het diner, het is duidelijk dat Chef Peter Bertrams een passie en een gave heeft voor koken. Het verrassingsmenu was perfect samengesteld op de diverse wensen van ons gezelschap. Bij elke gang kregen we te horen wat zijn inspiratie was om dit te maken waardoor je ook in zijn reis wordt meegenomen. Onze smaakpapillen werden zorgvuldig voorbereidt naar het hoofdgerecht dat een werkelijke smaakexplosie bleek te zijn. Ook bij de wijnen die Peter voor ons had uitgezocht, kregen we een mooie toelichting waarom hij voor die specifieke wijn had gekozen. Ze ondersteunden ook perfect iedere gang waardoor die nog beter tot hun recht kwamen. Uiteraard werd de keuken keurig opgeruimd en schoongemaakt achter gelaten. We hebben dankzij Peter een fantastische culinaire avond gehad en gaan hem in de toekomst zeer zeker weer uitnodigen om ons te komen verrassen.

Wat een superervaring! Afgelopen zondag was Chef Steffie bij ons. Ik heb de deur voor haar geopend, 1,5 uur later zaten we met 7 personen aan tafel en hebben we 2,5 uur genoten van de lekkerste en mooist opgemaakte gerechten. En nadat we uitgegeten waren en nagepraat hadden was ook de keuken weer spik en span. Echt een aanrader!

Mauro kwam koken in een door ons gehuurd huis. We waren met 10 vriendinnen vanuit onze studietijd. Heerlijk om ‘thuis’ te kunnen eten en niet zelf te hoeven koken na een dag op stap te zijn geweest. De communicatie ging vlot. Ze dachten fijn mee en hadden een passende oplossing toen het aantal gasten ineens anders bleek te zijn. Heel blij mee! het eten was heerlijk, alle 20 borden waren bij elke gang helemaal leeg.

We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Ariënne, ze had zelf voor al het eten gezorgd en zelfs een extra helpende hand. Het voelde echt alsof we in een restaurant waren waar ze voor ons kookten. maar nu was het veel ontspannende en rustiger omdat er geen gehaast was. Het eten was heerlijk en ze hield goed rekening met de wensen van ons wat top was, ook voor een kleine aanpassing was het niet erg.
