Au-delà de la qualité exceptionnelle des plats, nous avons particulièrement apprécié Alessio : très professionnel, passionné, tout en étant chaleureux. C’était un véritable plaisir de le rencontrer et de découvrir sa cuisine, aussi raffinée que savoureuse.
