The haute cuisine is more than just a profession, it's a passion! It's about conveying emotions, blending flavors, and taking you on a journey. Passionate about gourmet cuisine since the age of 18, after a career as an industrial engineer, I decided a year ago to fulfill my dream. Graduated from the Thierry Marx school in Paris 20th and certified in HACCP food safety and hygiene, I have experience in Michelin-starred establishments, bistronomic and recognized gourmet restaurants, currently in Nantes. I am available to work in Nantes and its surroundings. See you soon for new culinary experiences!
