About Chef Papis Gadio
Private chef since 2015, I work exclusively with products of the season. Keen to bring my different culinary influences to my plates, I am a lover of French, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
I'm an experienced chef trained in Michelin-starred Parisian restaurants (Henri Faugeron, Bristol, Lucas Carton, Guy Savoy, etc.) in fine dining cuisine, who has furthered their career in bistronomic and semi-gastronomic establishments of various sizes.
Having worked as a private chef for UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals), HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals), and elite athletes (Olympique de Marseille, AS Monaco, AC Milan, SSC Napoli), as well as a culinary consultant for professionals in the restaurant industry, and as a culinary TV (France 3) and WebTV (E. Leclerc) columnist.
