Chef Hortense prepared an amazing dinner for eight people and had it on schedule as promised. The flavors and presentation were outstanding. Great experience with Guilherme a few nights ago. He cooked for 14 of us and all four courses were excellent. The table decorations were super and he left the kitchen extremely tidy afterwards. A really lovely night.
