Tout s'est bien passé avec Maeva que nous recommandons pour la prestation globale. Les plats proposés étaient bons néanmoins de l'avis de l'ensemble des convives sommes sur un rapport qualité/prix qui est trop élevé.

Nous avons adoré les grillades de viande et de légumes, les sauces services en accompagnement. Chef Régis a été très réactif dans la communication avant notre événement et pendant, et a su s'adapter au déroulé de notre soirée (avec 50 pers. il y a toujours quelques surprises !). A la marge, nous aurions aimé que le ceviche de poisson servi en verrine soit un peu plus relevé (ciron, gingembre par exemple) et que les toasts soit plus petits pour faciliter leur préhension et leur dégustation pendant le cocktail. Bravo à Chef Régis !
