Une très belle expérience culinaire ! Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Chaque plat était aussi beau que bon et l'organisation du chef Régis a été parfaite sur le timing, les cuissons ou la température de service des plats. Nos invités ont tous beaucoup appréciés, et nous aussi. Un grand bravo et merci à Régis pour ce moment. Nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.

Chef Alexandre is terrific. We were a group of 14 on a family vacation. Chef Alexandre worked with us to plan a menu of locally inspired dishes. The food was exquisite and artfully presented. Chef Alexandre is very accommodating and easy to work with. We had a great time and highly recommend him.

Une excellente prestation de bout en bout. Apolline a eu tout bon: communication fluide en amont / arrangeante et discrète lors de l'évènement. En ce qui concerne le repas, tout était parfait: une cuisine créative et raffinée, des ingrédients de qualité et une présentation soignée dans l'assiette. Bref, je recommande !

Chef Alexandre made an amazing dinner for my family during a vacation in Bayeux. I have a dairy allergy, which can be difficult in France, but Alexandre was most accommodating! All the food was delicious and crafted with great attention to detail. He even made me a special dessert for my birthday. He was courteous and easy to communicate with. The meal and the experience was a highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend Chef Alexandre to anyone! Merci!

Chef Apolline prepared a dinner full of flavor, inspired by Brittany, seasonal produce and her own journey as a chef. She was attentive, responsive and accommodated a few special dietary restrictions with pleasure. She was on time, served each dish beautifully and left the kitchen incredibly clean. I recommend chef Apolline for any special occasion! She made our celebration truly perfect.

Un repas à la maison digne d'un restaurant gastronomique. Tout était parfait de l'entrée en dessert et en bonus pour ma mère de pouvoir réaliser, peut-être pas un rêve, mais une expérience dont elle me parlait souvent : suivre un chef en cuisine. Une expérience qu'elle n'oubliera pas (mes papilles non plus) et des coordonnées que je vais conserver précieusement. Le petit plus ? Des produits locaux et un chef presque aussi local (parce que ça compte pour nous).

Chef souriant, organisé, ponctuel et attentif à ses clients. Plats gourmands, très bien dressés et souvent chargés d'histoire. Une belle surprise.

Chef Alexandre Monin catered a wonderful evening of fine food and wine for my wife’s 60th birthday which we celebrating in France. They came to the house where we were staying, set up cooked the wonderful meals and tidied away when done. Great quality and great service.

Working with Chef Stephane was a wonderful experience. In the weeks leading up to our trip, he made it extremely easy to coordinate the perfect menu for 8 different people with differing palates to include a few picky eaters. His meals and the overall experience he provided were the highlight of our trip. I don't think anyone will forget the meals, and how great of a person Stephane is. I hope we have the opportunity to book with Stephane again one day because it truly was a pleasure to enjoy his food and be able to work with him.

Pour l’anniversaire de ma femme nous nous sommes offerts les services du Chef Christophe, une première pour nous, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Sa cuisine est excellente et variée, largement l’équivalent d’un très bon restaurant, et le gâteau (soufflé glacé aux fruits rouges) un vrai délice. Tout était propre et bien rangé dans la cuisine à son départ.
