Het eten was heerlijk en ze hield goed rekening met de wensen van ons wat top was, ook voor een kleine aanpassing was het niet erg. Ariënne heeft een heerlijk viergangenmenu samengesteld, rekening houdend met persoonlijke dieetwensen van de aanwezigen. Ze had vanwege de grootte van de groep nog een collega meegenomen om haar te helpen met oa serveren. Ze vond snel haar weg in onze keuken en heeft het aan het einde van de avond ook brandschoon achtergelaten. De communicatie was goed. We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad.

Wat een superervaring! Afgelopen zondag was Chef Steffie bij ons. Ik heb de deur voor haar geopend, 1,5 uur later zaten we met 7 personen aan tafel en hebben we 2,5 uur genoten van de lekkerste en mooist opgemaakte gerechten. En nadat we uitgegeten waren en nagepraat hadden was ook de keuken weer spik en span. Echt een aanrader!

We had an AMAZING private dining experience at my place by @andreas_chrysomallis - highly recommend! Esp if you're into vegetables and fermentation goodnesse menu (there are tons to choose from): 1. Gigantes-Tomato Kimchi-White Asparagus ricotta 2. Celeriac Scallops 3. Slow-cooked cauliflower in curry butter, mint/cauliflower pesto, and curry cream 4. Chocolate and beetroot brownie soft cake, Milk chocolate and poached cherries And the bread and fermented butter were also next level good. Chef Andreas is super professional and a very nice guy that will take any dinner party to the next level - and after the dinner the kitchen was cleaner than when he started.
