Private chefs in Dijon

Wir hatten gestern das große Vergnügen, Chef Gérard als Privatkoch bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen – und der Abend hätte nicht besser sein können. Schon im Vorfeld beeindruckte er durch seine ausgesprochen schnelle und verlässliche Kommunikation. Die Menüfindung war bemerkenswert kundenorientiert: Er ist aufmerksam auf all unsere Wünsche, Vorlieben und Besonderheiten eingegangen und hat daraus ein stimmiges, individuelles Menü komponiert. Am Abend selbst überzeugte er nicht nur durch seine angenehme, ruhige Art, sondern vor allem durch seine kulinarische Präzision. Jeder Gang war geschmacklich perfekt ausbalanciert und zeugte von echter handwerklicher Klasse. Das gesamte Erlebnis wirkte durchdacht, harmonisch und professionell – ein rundum gelungener Abend, der uns allen in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir würden Chef Gérard jederzeit wieder buchen und können ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec Carla à la maison et elle s’est occupé de trois repas par jour pour 11 personnes y compris des enfants. Elle a été tout simplement formidable. Une cuisine excellente, simple et innovante en même temps. Une vrai connaissance des produits et des cuissons parfaites. Totalement adaptable à nos goûts et nos horaires. Et pour couronner le tout dans une ambience d’une sympathie et d’un naturel hors pair.

Un chef à domicile qui nous a fait découvrir de nouvelles saveurs, qui a pris de le temps de nous parler de ses plats, et qui nous a permis au final de vivre un bon moment, tout en restant chez soi. A recommander

Chef Nicolas Deschamps was very responsive to my messages and truly adjusted the menu to our liking (great vegetarian options, and multiple entrees). He was very professional before, during and after service, doing everything on time and leaving the kitchen perfectly clean. Guests absolutely loved their food, managing up to 3 options for a large group of 13 people. I would happily re-book with Chef Nicolas for another event.

Nous avons eu la chance de faire appel au Chef Bartosz Kurek pour célébrer l’anniversaire de mariage de mes parents, et ce fut tout simplement extraordinaire. Dès le premier contact, le chef s’est montré très professionnel, à l’écoute, et a su créer un menu sur mesure selon nos envies. Le repas était digne d’un grand restaurant : des plats savoureux, raffinés, aux saveurs exceptionnelles, le tout avec un service impeccable. Pouvoir vivre une telle expérience gastronomique sans quitter la maison est un vrai luxe. Je recommande vivement le Chef Bartosz Kurek pour transformer vos repas à domicile en moments inoubliables !

Ponctuel et soigneux des lieux, chef Thomas a fait passer un moment exceptionnel à ma soeur et son compagnon. Ils ont adoré le repas et les petites attentions.

Jonathan came in to cook for us for my mums birthday while we were staying in Annecy. He communicated with me regularly about the menu and any changes we required in the lead up to the event which was excellent. The food was absolutely fantastic and it was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Jonathan and would not hesitate to contact him again in the future when we return to Annecy.

Ce fut une super première expérience pour nous tant au niveau de l'organisation de ce repas que de la dégustation de vos plats délicieux ! We hired Chef Maeva to celebrate a special occasion of my mom's and stepdad's 60th birthday. Maeva was very flexible with our menu & budget wishes. We have some dietary restrictions and had a vegan last minute addition to our party as well. The food was beautifully presented and everyone thought it was delicious. We would definitely hire Maeva again and would recommend her without hesitation! Due to being accidentally double booked, Maeva was a little late to our party. She let me know ahead of time so we could plan around it, so it wasn't a big deal. But her whole demeanor was a little anxious and rushed as a result.
