Incredible experience ! The chef Bryan came on time, very professional, good communication within the process. The menu was top quality and its execution as well. We had a wonderful time discovering the dishes that he made and brought with him. Within seconds, the chef was at ease in the kitchen, making the moment very enjoyable. I'm really grateful to the service and have nothing bad to comment about it.

Angelo delivered everything we had hoped for, and more! My wife and I travel a lot through Italy, so we are very familiar with the cucina Italiana. Angelo's generous antipasti, the risotto, the lamb rack and dessert brought us back to our favorite country. All top quality. Furthermore, Angelo's amiable attitude towards our guests made everyone feel at home. We celebrated my wife's 70th birthday, so it was great for her (and me) that there was no cooking-related stress. :) Grazie mille!

Our party, 12 seniors was unanimous. chef Mauro was top! a marvellous Italian smile that brought sunny Italian sky into the kitchen, a superb dinner colourfull and tasty. A discrete presence ,and a "master chef " congrats from us all and thanks again The spic and span kitchen he left could have been the setting for a clip by " Monsieur Propre . this was our very first experience with chef maison , it will definitely not be the last one ,!!! Raffael heeft afgelopen weekend voor mij en 4 vriendinnen een 5-gangen diner gekookt. Het contact vooraf was erg prettig. Raffael was keurig op tijd en is open in de communicatie. Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben heerlijk bij kunnen praten terwijl Raffael op de achtergrond zijn eigen gang ging in de keuken. Bij elke gang legde hij ons uit welke verse ingrediënten hij allemaal had gebruikt. Raffael heeft veel kennis en ruime ervaring qua koken. De gerechten zagen er geweldig mooi uit. Tussendoor checkte Raffael bij mij wanneer wij klaar waren voor het volgende gerecht. Erg fijn. Na afloop liet hij de keuken helemaal netjes en schoon achter alsof er niets was gebeurd.

Chef Fay heeft een prachtige avond verzorgd met de aankleding, het 4-gangen menu en de drankjes, de voorbereiding en het opruimen na afloop. Alle zorg werd uit handen genomen, zodat ik me volledig kon wijden aan de gasten, die ook zeer tevreden waren!

Wij hebben twee weken geleden een geweldige ervaring mogen hebben dankzij chef Angelo. Als verrassing voor onze ouders, hebben we als kinderen een uitgebreide Italiaanse lunch georganiseerd thuis in Beekbergen, waarbij Angelo 10 volwassenen en 3 jonge kinderen ultiem heeft verwend. Op het menu een bijzonder uitgebreide variëteit aan heerlijke voorgerechten, een echt ECHT geweldige Risotto alla Milanese als primo, gevolgd door een superlekker vleesstoofpotje als secondo. Ter afsluiting oprecht de lekkerste panna cotta die ik persoonlijk heb geproefd. En onze familie heeft een tijdlang in Italië gewoond, dus wet wat lekker is 😉 Angelo dus absoluut ook! De kleintjes hebben een speciaal kind-proof pasta’tje gekregen. Alle allergieën en dieet wensen zijn content gesteld. Angelo was professioneel, georganiseerd en ook gewoon heel gezellig. Het contact naar de dag toe was simpel en flexibel. De hele familie heeft waanzinnig genoten. We raden Angelo dan ook 120% aan! GRAZIE ANGELO ❤️

Merci au chef Bram pour son service en 4 plats digne de grands restaurants français. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le chef était prêt à l’heure souhaitée et les plats se sont enchaînés avec un rythme agréable. Les produits étaient locaux et de très bonne qualité, les saveurs au rendez vous. Merci encore.

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Simone. Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed the delicious four-course dinner, prepared with very flavorful and fresh ingredients. Chef Simone is not only an excellent cook, but also an extremely pleasant person who communicates where necessary and is very flexible in dealing with circumstances (two guests arrived quite late, yet were still able to enjoy all four courses). To top it all off, the kitchen was left completely clean afterward. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating.

Fay organized a lovely lunch at our house. She helped us think of a suitable menu for our guests. She was easily reachable in the days before the lunch to discuss the last minute questions. She was fun, vibrant and polite, we had a great time.

Chef Bryan is zeer goed voorbereid en heeft van te voren duidelijke communicatie verzorgd over het menu en het verloop van de avond maar ook wat wel en niet inclusief was zoals servies en kookgerei. Wij hadden een 4-gangen menu voor 6personen. Het eten smaakte niet alleen voortreffelijk, de opmaak was een feestje voor het oog (chefwaardig5*). Zijn werkwijze engedrah was zeer professioneel, georganiseerd en hygiënisch. Deze chef is zijn geld meer dan waard!!!

Het was vooral een experience met sociale insteek, waarbij de chefkok met ons heeft meegegeten, en we daarna samen hebben afgewassen. Een van de gerechten was iets te zoutig naar mijn smaak, en de afwas was niet brandschoon bij een van de pannetjes, maar overall heeft Miel er een hele fijne avond van gemaakt voor ons!

De souschef van Reginald, Diego, was buitengewoon vriendelijk, beleefd, professioneel, maar ook erg attent voor het gezin – de perfecte chef-kok om thuis te hebben!

Chef Aaron was quick and clear in his communication and was able to adapt the menu to all our different wishes. That was really great. He also had a lot to say about the products he used and always had good stories to tell. He was clearly enjoying himself and got along well with all ages at the table (and running around the table). It was a wonderful surprise for my parents to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a chef at home!

Hij had alles goed voorbereid en zorgde samen met zijn hulpje voor een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer. De gerechten waren verassend en erg smaakvol. Heel fijn dat ze de keuken weer netjes en opgeruimd achter lieten. We hebben een geweldige avond gehad!

Anthony is attent, hoffelijk, past zich goed aan de situatie aan. Het eten was heerlijk. Wij zouden hem zeker aanbevelen!

We hebben een fantastische avond gehad dankzij chef Aaron! We waren met een grote groep van 10 personen en hij had zelf geregeld dat er iemand was om te helpen, wat erg prettig was. Het overleg vooraf verliep heel fijn en duidelijk. We konden aangeven wat we in het menu wilden hebben en Aaron kwam met verschillende voorstellen voor de gangen. Afwijkende dieetwensen waren daarbij geen enkel probleem. Op de avond zelf is alles zeer soepel verlopen. Chef Aaron is daarnaast ontzettend vriendelijk en gezellig. Hij had voor ons een mooie menukaart voorbereid en lichtte bij elke gang toe wat we precies gingen eten. Ook gaf hij advies over bijpassende wijnen en voor de liefhebbers bood hij zelfs wijnarrangementen aan. We vonden het erg fijn hoe flexibel Aaron was en we zullen zeker nog een keer van zijn kookkunsten gaan genieten!

Wat een ab-so-lúút fantastische avond was dit! 🤩 Op oudejaarsavond hebben wij met 16 man genoten van een diner aan huis, en alles klopte tot in de kleinste details. Aaron was onze topchef van de avond en wát een ervaring! Met zijn aanstekelijke enthousiasme en leuke uitleg bracht hij elk gerecht helemaal tot leven – en dan hebben we het nog niet eens over hoe ongelooflijk lekker alles was. Ook vooraf was het contact super prettig: al onze wensen werden serieus genomen en perfect uitgevoerd. Dat gaf meteen vertrouwen, en dat was méér dan terecht. Naast zijn kookkunsten bleek Aaron, samen met zijn bediening John, ook nog eens een enorm gezellige toevoeging aan de avond. We hebben gelachen, genoten en vooral fantastisch gegeten. Een start van het nieuwe jaar om niet te vergeten! Dit is zó goed bevallen dat we Aaron zonder twijfel vaker gaan inschakelen voor dit soort avonden. Duizendmaal dank aan Aaron en John namens iedereen aan tafel – tot snel! ✨🍽️

Nous sommes très contents de l'expérience culinaire offerte par le chef Réginald Smit. Dans le cadre de l'anniversaire de notre mère, nous avons demandé le menu "Gourmet Urbain". Le chef a accepté avec plaisir de modifier son menu en fonction des désirs de notre mère : homard à la place de l'agneau et pavlova à la place du tiramisu. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre soirée. À refaire sans hésitation !

Aaron (chef) weet wat koken is op een uitmuntend niveau. Weet zijn gasten mee te nemen in een culinaire beleving. Is zeer toegankelijk, maakt er een mooi feestje van. Prettig in omgang en weet daarbij ook nog de oorsprong van diverse gerechten te vertellen. Zeker een aanrader!!

We hebben een fantastisch zes gangendiner geserveerd gekregen door chefkok Raffeal. Hij is gepast gezellig, makkelijk in de omgang en maakt van eten een ware smaakbeleving. Alles was van A tot Z goed georganiseerd. Snelle reactietijd, prettig vooroverleg. Top!

Steffie has a great personality, she managed the kitchen all on her own for serving 10 People. The fish was super fresh. Also the kitchen was cleaned up afterwards.

We hebben een geweldige avond gehad. Vooraf werd er in overleg een heerlijk menu samengesteld. Ook voor de kinderen werd er een aangepast menu gemaakt. De gerechten waren super bereid en heel mooi gepresenteerd. De gehele avond was de chef op een zeer prettige manier aanwezig in de keuken. Na afloop alleen maar tevreden gasten en een schone keuken. Voor ons is dit zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

We hebben een geweldige eetbeleving gehad. Gezelschap met 9 volwassenen en 9 kinderen waarvan 1 baby. Mix tussen met name vis eters, maar ook een vegetariër en een vlees eter. Kom allemaal naar wens aangepast worden. Volledig ontzorgd de hele avond en bovenal fantastisch gegeten!!

Ash created a full 5 course Christmas dinner and served it herself. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and Ash is the perfect chef and host. We will definitely book Ash again.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Regniald. He was very kind, responsive, and flexible, adapting the menu perfectly to our wishes. Communication was smooth, he arrived on time, managed everything independently, and the dinner was delicious. The lobster bisque and turkey were especially outstanding. We loved the subtle Brazilian and Japanese influences, which still appealed to more classical tastes. Highly recommended!

Thoughtful, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. What we appreciated most was how naturally she catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, without compromise on flavor or quality for either. Everyone at the table felt equally considered, and every dish stood on its own. A warm, professional, and highly enjoyable first experience with a private chef at home. Chef Simone Stagnitto heeft voor ons een heel bijzondere avond verzorgd. Het Ligurische vier gangen menu was uitstekend. De bijpassende wijnen van kleine wijnboeren uit dezelfde streek heel goed geselecteerd. Service en kennis geweldig. Chef Simone heeft ons volledig ontzorgd, borden en glazen had hij meegenomen en na deze super gezellige avond was de keuken spik en span.

Contact met Mauro vooraf was prima, samen goed menu kunnen samenstellen. Mauro kwam op tijd en had alles bij zich. Het eten was erg lekker en ons gezin heeft ervan genoten. From the first communication till the end we had a great experience. With the help of Ashley I could great an amazing 4 course diner in Japanse style. We were amazed how well all was prepared and presented. The table was done by Ashley to start with and before she left all was cleaned up. The food was really really nice and well balanced. As this was the first time we had a cook at our house she really exceeded our expectations. We can highly recommend her!

Rick and Bob gave us an unforgettable evening. The food was incredibly delicious, and the different flavors complemented each other perfectly. The wine pairing was equally well chosen and presented with great expertise. We would book the two of them again anytime and couldn’t have imagined a better evening.

We spent a great night with Lucas. Lucas proposed a great menu and adjusted upon our needs and requests. Lucas is discrete when needed but we also good enjoy a great conversation around what we like about food and his journey as a chef.

Chef Réginald prepared a wonderful meal for us in Belgium. Every course was fantastic and Réginald was easy to communicate with beforehand to arrange everything.

Wat een topavond hebben wij gehad met chef Fay! Niet alleen kan ze fantastisch koken, ze is zeer georganiseerd (brandschone en opgeruimde keuken na afloop) en een hele goede gastvrouw. Eten werd uitgeserveerd met uitleg over ingrediënten en de bijpassende wijnen. Fay dacht creatief mee bij een speciaal verzoek van mij. Het allerleukste aan Fay? Ze is heel leuk en gezellig, dus wij raden haar aan!!

Het was een erg fijne avond. We hadden een workshop aangevraagd, maar ivm de kleine woonkamer en keuken van onze vakantiewoning was dit niet geheel goed uitvoerbaar. Dit hebben we vooraf ook met elkaar besproken. Knap hoe Jan in een kleine keuken toch een heerlijk menu heeft kunnen maken en alles zo netjes heeft kunnen houden! Jan was erg prettig in contact en kon veel vertellen over de gerechten en bijpassende wijnen.

We loved the experience with chef Elizabeth! I booked a dinner for a surprise birthday party with my friends and chef Elisabeth delivered a great experience. She was flexible, communicated quickly and was very fun to be around, she was perfect for our party. Key highlights were the ajo blanco soup and the main meal (meat dish) and a nice sharing desert experience. I highly recommend her! Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the meals!

For my parents’ 80th birthday, we booked a workshop with Chef Aaron Auping. He completely surprised us with his workshop. We have quite a bit of cooking experience, but we all gained many new ideas. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere that he and his sous-chef brought was wonderfully relaxed. Thank you, Aaron. We really enjoyed it.

Na mijn huwelijksaanzoek heeft Joep voor ons een voortreffelijke viergangenlunch verzorgd, compleet met bijpassende wijnen en als afsluiting een heerlijke kaasplank. De afstemming vooraf verliep heel soepel en op de dag zelf was alles tot in de puntjes voorbereid. We hebben enorm genoten en bevelen Joep van harte aan!

The lunch was really good. We had zakouskis, langoustine raviolis and then beef picanha. This was really excellent. The dessert was a bit of a disappointment, particularly for those who ordered the pavlova. Indeed, it was not at all a pavlova. However, the chef had agreed to my request to have 2 desserts (the other was a tiramisu). The kitchen was also left perfectly clean. The guests had two comments: everything went a bit too quickly and the quantities were a bit small for some. Honestly, we will do it again!

Wij hadden een geweldige avond, heerlijk gegeten en totaal ontzorgd. Onze kleinzoon was helemaal fan van Jan, want hij moecht meehelpen. Dank je Jan voor een fijne avond.

Gerechten waren top, goede toelichting, communicatief liep alles soepel en hebben we een hele goede avond gehad!

Aaron was super nice and super friendly. I wasn’t feeling great that day and he was so kind a really supportive. He went out of his was to still help me have a good day. The food was amazing and respected the wishes. Communication was also perfect.

We had a surprise dinner of 8 people for my wife's 60th birthday. Jelte helped making it a festive and unforgettable event. He came on time, prepared the dining table and quickly made himself home in the open kitchen. The 4 courses were without exception excellent, fine dining. Throughout the dinner he was present without being obtrusive and had a good feeling for when to contribute to the discussions. At the end he cleaned the whole dining room and kitchen. The whole experience was excellent and we can wholeheartedly recommend Jelte to anyone seeking a Chef at home.

Great food. It was easy to contact Platon and discuss our wishes. He’s very easy going but also discreet. If I ever do the home coocking again I wil definitely call Platon. Fantastic chef!
